Account deletion

Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your Atlas Crew or Atlas Charter account and the data linked to it. The apps are provided by HeyAtlas.ai LLC (Sail Atlas).

Delete it in the app

This is the quickest way; your account is closed straight away.

Atlas Crew

  1. Open Settings in the app.
  2. Tap Delete account.
  3. Press and hold "Delete" to confirm.

For company accounts: Company settings → Delete account.

Atlas Charter

  1. Open your Profile in the app.
  2. Tap Delete Account.
  3. Press and hold "Delete" to confirm.

If you can't reach the app

Email info@sailatlas.app from the address registered to your account, with the subject "Account deletion request". Tell us which app you use and the email address of your account. We may ask for more information to verify your identity. We complete requests within 30 days at the latest.

Send a request by email

Atlas Operations and Dashboard accounts are created and managed by the charter company you work with. To close one, ask your company administrator or write to us. To delete an Atlas Owner account, email us as described above.

What is deleted?

  • Your account and profile details; in Atlas Crew, also your certificates, gallery and calendar data. These are deleted or anonymised within 30 days at the latest.
  • Your public crew profile, pool listing and review link go offline as soon as you delete your account.
  • Your device and notification records.

What is kept for a while?

  • Records that charter companies keep for a booking (passenger lists, documents, check-in records, messages) follow that company's retention policy. Deleting your account removes your link to them; to have them deleted, contact the charter company.
  • Your messages with charter companies stay in the other side's conversation history.
  • Security and transaction records are kept for 12 months, server logs for 14 days and error reports for up to 90 days.
  • Marketing consent and opt-out records are kept for 3 years; notice and consent records for the limitation period of possible legal claims.
